Mahesh S/o Pulandaran
Non-Executive Director
Mahesh has been in Financial Services for 20 years having begun his career in audit and assurances in the UK before moving to Asia with Deloitte.
Mahesh has advised various blue chip companies including Microsoft and Caterpillar. Mahesh moved to Offshore Banking with HSBC covering the South Asian Emerging Markets before joining Coutts and Co International.
Mahesh now leads the Trust Division of CorPa Asia Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Asia, as the Regional Head based in Singapore.
In his various roles within Financial Services, he has added value both upstream and down bringing about value to stakeholders across all industries.
Jim Williams

Jim Williams is a professional geologist, company director and CEO, with a good corporate knowledge having approx. 35 years experience covering a wide range of minerals in an equally wide range of terrains and jurisdictions, with specific experience in Africa, Central Asia, Middle East, Europe, and the Americas.
One of his forte’s is due diligence studies, including competent person’s reports for the UK, USA, and Canadian stock exchanges. In addition, he has authored or co-authored published reports, e.g. ‘A Diamond Policy Study – Sierra Leone’, which was undertaken for the UK government’s Department for International Development (2002). Has ‘hands-on’ experience of many minerals, including precious and base metals, industrial minerals, titanium and zirconium sands, coal, phosphate (carbonatite-type), diamonds (kimberlite and alluvial), other precious and semi-precious stones (e.g. tanzanite and emerald), tantalite and REE, and has been involved with projects from ‘grassroots’ to full bankable feasibility stage.
Also, an expert witness for mineral litigation cases. A former Director, Co-founder and CEO of an AIM and TSX-listed mining company operational in Mexico, with its headquarters in Central London.
Benjamin Hill
Non-Executive Director
Benjamin (Ben) Hill is a lawyer by profession with a wealth of entrepreneurial experience. He is skilled in equity and quasi equity financing with demonstrable experience in structuring and public and private equity investing. Ben was Head of Legal at RAB Capital from 2003 to 2011 where he worked primarily on the RAB Special Situations Fund investing across a variety of sectors but with a strong bias towards natural resources. Since then, Ben continues to advise a number of family offices providing them with deal flow, structuring and investment advice.
