VVV Resources Ltd is focused on acquiring majority interests in mineral projects located in safe, mining-friendly jurisdictions.
The Shangri La project, the company’s first major acquisition, is located in Western Australia, a state re-known for its clear mining law and potential to host world-class mineral deposits.
In the medium to long term, the company anticipates further growth through acquisitions. In addition, the company is carrying out its own generative work, to identify opportunities that the company can stake in its own name.
Although the current commodity focus for the company is copper, other metals such as battery / critical metals are on our radar and as such future acquisitions in this commodity space aren’t excluded.
